It was a very close finish, but we have new champions this year!
A massive shoutout to every single participant who made this event unforgettable! Your passion and paddling power created waves of excitement that we won’t soon forget. Official race times for all sectors, with winners will be released to all captains next week! Thank you all again for taking part, and hope you all enjoy Coldplay if you are lucky enough to see them!

Dublin Simon Community would like to thank the sponsors, Invoke Brand & Events, the Irish Dragon Boat Association, the team captains and all the paddlers for your hard work and passion!
So far, Dragons At The Docks has provided funds for Dublin Simon to acquire 23 homes for 34 people. The funds raised this year will allow us to obtain 10 properties providing homes for 15 people who are homeless. The impact this event has had on people experiencing homelessness is outstanding!
The Dunk Your Boss fundraiser was a great success, raising over €13,000! Fair play to those brave souls who got dunked!
These are crucial funds as the homeless figures are increasing and have hit a record figure in July 2022 with 10,568 people accessing emergency accommodation nationally, of which 7,548 are in the Dublin region.
